Media Studies & Film Studies

Media Studies looks at media through invaluable coursework and hands-on experience that blends media theory and history, creative and critical production, public relations and advertising, journalism and multimedia storytelling and other fields.

The film studies program empowers students to acquire the analytical skills to understand and interpret film and film texts, and to make films that tell a story powerfully and effectively. From writing the script to final edits, students develop a thorough knowledge of film production.
